I may have recently dissed Liberia, but one country I'll never mock is Latvia, I have a listener from Riga, Latvia who often visits my blog.  So uh, Hi!  I hope I pronounced your cities name correctly.

You can see on the right side of my website where visitors are from, I think its a great widget.  It shows you that people from all around the world are interested in Veganism.  You'll notice a lot from Invercargill New Zealand, its not like I'm desperately checking my own blog to see who else is visiting…its um….that I have lots of listeners here in my rural city of dairyfarmers,…..yeah.

Dairy Consumption Causes Twins?

"A recent study has found that Insulin-like growth factor present in dairy products may increase the chance of twinning. Specifically, the study found that vegan mothers (who exclude dairy from their diets) are one-fifth as likely to have twins as vegetarian or omnivore mothers, and concluded that "Genotypes favoring elevated IGF and diets including dairy products, especially in areas where growth hormone is given to cattle, appear to enhance the chances of multiple pregnancies due to ovarian stimulation."^[29] From 1980–97, the number of twin births in the United States rose 52%.^[30] This rise can at least partly be attributed to the increasing popularity of fertility drugs like Clomid and procedures such as in vitro fertilization, which result in multiple births more frequently than unassisted fertilizations do. It may also be linked to the increase of growth hormones in food."

I feel sad that (apparently) Vegan mothers have less chance of having the miracle of twins!

Very interesting, and seems to disprove any "oh, the hormones we give to animals have no effect on humans" garbage.

Before I begin, I'd like to mention another podcast I appear on.  I join my good friend Andrew Blyth to record two shows, The Patriotcast, about the Metal Gear Solid series of video games, and the Jay and A show, or as it might now be known, The Casual Talk Show.  We are just two friends, on other sides of the world, talking about tech and topics which interest us.  We often talk of the Soviet Union, Andrew was born in Ukraine.

So excited over a cent worth of Bread!  Lettuce and Grain also send them crazy!  I caught one "yellow" Chick with her neck held straight, jumping to SNAP chunks of Silverbeet from the tall plant!

Lets Come Clean

I've been editing clips for my next episode, and came across a few bizarre claims, that "PETA MEMBERS ALL WANT TO KILL *YOUR* PET CATS AND DOGS!!!!!111!!!", and also that "ALL HIGH UP PETA MEMBERS LOCK THEMSELVES IN THEIR BOARDROOM AND ROLL ABOUT ON PILES OF CASH, SCROOGE MCDUCK STYLE, WHILE EATING MEAT AND LAUGHING MANIACALLY!!!111!11!!".

I THINK ITS TIME I TURNED OFF CAPS LOCK, ok there we go, I think this is INCREDIBLE, that anyone could publicly make such accusations, and I would like to debunk these as best as I can on my next episode.

These were from "Alex Jones" of course, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Jones_%28radio_host%29 ), Mr "911 was an inside job to get children hooked on government healthcare!".

Would any Vegans like to "come clean", that you DO NOT do anything of this sort? *
